The complimentary dinner during the Kickback was a nice surprise and saved us money. The parking garage is tight and costs extra, which is a downside.

The hotel is in a prime location across from the Arch, making it easy to explore. The parking garage spaces were pretty tight, and maneuvering was tricky. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast; it had a lot of options. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Fantastic Family-Friendly Experience in St Louis Drury Plaza St Louis At the Arch exceeds expectations with its delightful happy hour, offering a wide variety of snacks that kept both parents and kids happy. The breakfast was equally impressive. Its prime location near major attractions makes it a perfect spot for family visits!

The staff here truly shone; friendly and attentive, they made my experience special. The breakfast was impressive, and the Kickback was a nice touch, though it gets crowded quickly—maybe start earlier on game days? I loved the balcony view of the arch, but the parking situation felt chaotic. A late-night drink would’ve been nice, too; the limited hours didn’t quite fit our schedule. While the pool area needed a bit more upkeep, the energy of the place was welcoming, making me eager to return despite a few minor hiccups.

The elevators were practically out of service, leading to frustratingly long waits after a busy day. That combined with a lack of staff made getting back to my room a real hassle.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Grateful for early check-in and a room accessible for a disabled man. Proximity to the Arch is ideal. Breakfast was hot and fresh; staff quickly refilled options. The evening kickback added value. the check-in process was chaotic. After waiting, I was told no rooms were ready, leading to an additional lengthy wait. The room itself felt cramped, and the bathroom layout was awkward. Noise from the pool plant room disrupted sleep, and the dining area needed more attention. Parking was confusing, but manageable. Despite these inconveniences, the staff remained cheerful and efficient. Would recommend for its location and amenities, but be aware of the quirks. Pricy for families.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic and makes mornings way better. The staff is super friendly, and the on-site parking is really convenient, especially with a busy day ahead.
The room had a bit of a lingering cigarette smell.

I had a fantastic stay with unbeatable access to the Gateway Arch, just a quick 2-minute walk away, and Busch Stadium was only 650 meters down the road, making it super easy to explore the area around the Mississippi River and check out local landmarks like Christ Church Cathedral and the National Blues Museum. Besides the awesome free breakfast and dinner happy hour, the place was clean and comfortable, perfect for weekend strolls in the city, but the outside windows could use a good washing.

Great spot for exploring with the kids. Staff are super friendly and breakfast options were a hit every morning.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it for the location and amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed provided a restful sleep. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space cozy. my room faced the interior hallway and overlooked the elevators, affecting privacy. I kept the curtains drawn to avoid being visible. Noise from the bustling pool above was noticeable, sounding like a constant filter hum. Despite this, the overall ambiance was welcoming. The staff’s friendliness contributed positively to the experience. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Saint Louis Zoo with our Zoo Family Passes. The Emerson Zooline Railroad was a hit with the kids, offering a unique perspective of the zoo. The tours and OMNIMAX Theater experience provided us with exciting and educational entertainment, making our family trip truly unforgettable.
My wife says that an adults-only pool hour in the evening would enhance the overall family experience.

The heating system worked well, keeping us warm and cozy during our time there. we did encounter some issues with the air conditioning unit, as it was not functioning properly, and the fan provided was in poor condition. The sitting area in the room was comfortable, providing a nice space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the views and enjoying some fresh air. The sink and free toiletries in the bathroom were convenient, although we did notice some cleanliness issues with the sheets and towels, which had stains on them. we discovered fingernail clippings in the soap dish, which was a bit off, putting. In terms of amenities, we appreciated the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat, screen TV in the room. we were disappointed to find that the refrigerator was not working as expected. The hotel offered dry cleaning and laundry services, which was convenient for us. But we did face challenges with the check, in process and parking arrangements, as the parking garage was located across the street, making it inconvenient to transport our luggage.

The location was spot on, right by the arch and Busch stadium. So convenient, dude! And the perks were just perfect! Like, they had this awesome breakfast buffet and free drinks during happy hour - total win!
Bro, the pool situation was a bummer. Wish the patio area was open all the time and that there was like, a chill time at the pool, ya know?

The Zoo was off the hook , animals everywhere! Then we hit up the OMNIMAX Theater , mind, blowing! Free Zoo passes were clutch. Saved mad cash on dinner and drinks. Walking distance to the baseball game , epic!
Could have used a cooler hangout spot for us party animals.

I chose Drury for its central location near the City Museum. The free hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially the delicious weekday options.
Room cleaning service was subpar. Street noise on 4th street side was disruptive.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon check-in, but unfortunately, the room had a noisy fridge and a clump of hair in the sheets. However, the staff promptly switched our room, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The connected parking garage was convenient, although the spaces were small and tight to maneuver. The hotel was well decorated for the holidays, and the staff was friendly and genuine. We had a quiet and spacious room, a comfortable bed, and enjoyed the fresh and delicious breakfast each day. I'd recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, close to top tourist spots like the Arch and Busch Stadium. The free coffee all day was a nice perk, and the breakfast spread with pancakes and waffles was a hit.
The noise from the swimming pool plant room on the first night was bothersome. The pool area was overcrowded and messy.

Our stay at this hotel was a blast! The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the Gateway Arch and Ballpark Village. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took great care of us. We loved the free breakfast and the 3 complimentary cocktails during happy hour. The hotel had fantastic amenities, including a rooftop lounge, spa, and pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a great time.
Elevator noise was a bit bothersome in our room.
